Before you list your properties, here are a few things that you should prepare...

Join

First you must join our network. Registration is FREE. Filling out the retistration form takes only a few seconds. After you register, you will want to  take a few minutes to fill in any additional info in your profile that you would like prospective buyers to know. This is important.  Build a great profile. Anonyminity does not work in the Real Estate business.  

Gatherall of your property information and selling points, plus some great looking photos of your property. It is best to use all landscape orientation images at high resolution. Images will be resized to 800x600 automatically as they are uploaded, but if you would like to prepare them at that resolution, uploading will be faster.  Before you start, have a look at some existing property listings to think through all of the attributes that you might want to emphasize and special language you might want to use.

List When you are ready, go to the "Seller's Control Panel", pay the insanely cheap $10 listing fee, and prepare to enter your data.  If this is the first property you have listed with us, you will also also have a chance to create a "seller's profile" that will be shown only to registered members.  Information from your personal profile will be imported automatically in this form.  But if you wish to use office contact info instead of personal contact info, you can change it at this time (while leaving your personal profile unchanged).

SellNow that you have a profile and property listings, you can use HotHome as your homepage for promoting yourself and your properties. You may choose to spread the word on the internet, through your personal contacts, or through other means.  Potential buyers will find their way to your listing by many means, but your own enthusiasm counts for a lot in this process. So dont just sit back and cross your fingers - take control, and promote the value of your investment to potential buyers in every way you can.
