How do I list a property?  First you must create a Seller Profile.  The link to the seller profile may be found on your profile page.  After creating your profile you may choose from the two listing types.  Enter the required information and upload your images, in a few easy steps your listing will be published to millions.

What is a Seller Profile?  After you register for our site and activate your account, you will be asked to complete a Seller Profile. The profile will contain all of the information potential buyers will need to contact you about a listing. Some of the information will include:

Invite your friends from all over the world!  After creating your profile, go to the "Invite My Friend$" Tab within your profile page Pull in your contacts from other databases like Outlook, Yahoo, Plaxico,AOL, etc  Type in a message or use ours, and send away!

What is a Premium Listing?  The Premium Listing- Is an excellent listing option that gives your property the exposure within the geographical region it sits.  The listing provides for a few photo upload options, some brief description options, and a classy listing layout within our community

What is a Featured Listing?  This is the listing type that gives the seller the most prominent exposure along with the greatest amount of listing features.  The Featured Listing will be displayed prominently in a property rotation on the front page of Hot Home Network, ensuring that your property receives the visual attention it deserves.  In addition to placement, every listing option will be available to the seller, from school district information to virtual tours, the Featured Listing offers an array of options with up to 12 photos.  Finally the Featured Listing will be included in our daily email blasts and regional news letters to all our members

Go to your Home Page.

Scroll to the bottom until you see a list of your properties.

Next to the property, there will be buttons for upgrading. Click on the upgrade you want.

You will be redirected to Paypal and will be asked to complete the transaction.

Once payment is complete you will be redirected back to the HHN success page. It will have directions for completing your upgraded listing.

The decimal latitude / longitude are used for mapping your property on the Google map. It is an optional field. If you would also like your property to be listed on our map you will need to find your coordinates.

Its easy! In the listing area click the link that says *** CLICK HERE to find your decimal coordinates *** You will be taken to a new page. Double-click on the general region of interest until you have zoomed in to the city or even the actual lot. The map will produce a set of coordinates that you can copy and paste into your listing form - ie -113.4042.

If your town or city isn't listed in the drop down menu, or is misspelled, please email us and let us know. Please include the state and county name when submitting to be sure we do not duplicate entries.

Our database includes city names from the US census that have populations exceeding 8-10 thousand people. If your town is not listed, or if your property is in a rural area, please select the nearest city that is in the database. Please enter information into other related fields in your listing (or mapping coordinates) to help potential buyers to understand exactly where your property is located.
